Yes! We offer basic disassembly and reassembly for beds, desks, and large furniture. Just let us know in advance so we can bring the right tools.
We accept Zelle, Cash, Debit/Credit, and Venmo. Payment is typically due at the end of your move unless otherwise arranged.
We may apply an additional charge for moves involving multiple flights of stairs, elevators, or long carrying distances. We'll always include this in your quote ahead of time - no surprise fees.
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot move hazardous materials (like propane, gasoline, or fireworks), live animals, or firearms. Ask us for a full list if you're unsure.
For liability reasons, we cannot allow customers to ride in the moving truck. We recommend following your own vehicle or arranging transportation separately.
We recommend booking your move at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during weekends or busy seasons. If you need something sooner, please reach out, we'll do our best to fit you in.
Life happens. We just ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your move date.
We do! Just let us know ahead of time so we can come prepared with the right equipment and extra muscle if needed.
We offer both! For smaller or local moves, hourly makes more sense. For long-distance jobs, we can provide a flat-rate estimate upfront.
